TATRA BJERGE VIEW REGULATIONS

In order to ensure you a peaceful and safe stay, we present the rules of Tatra Bjerge View. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with its provisions. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the rental regulations of Tatra Bjerge View and the rules for its use.

STAY AND ACCOMMODATION

  1. The day starts at 4:00 PM (arrival) and ends at 12:00 PM (departure).
  2. Guests are required to inform the time of their planned arrival time at least 30 min before arrival.
  3. In case of inability to arrive at the previously agreed time, the Guest is obliged to notify by phone immediately.
  4. Any early arrival (before 4:00 PM) must be agreed upon with the Host at least 1 day in advance. The handing over and receiving of the cottage occurs in the presence of an employee; for this purpose, please contact +48 880 723 665. On the day of departure, it is prohibited to leave the property without handing it over to the Lessor. Handing over the cottage does not exclude the Client’s responsibility for hidden damages.
  5. In the event of shortening the stay by the Guest, the amount for the unused period is not refundable.
  6. If the Guest does not arrive on the designated date, the reservation is automatically canceled the following day, and any deposit/payment made is non-refundable.
  7. It is possible to extend the stay only if there are no prior reservations for the cottage by other guests Host or a person authorized by them.
  8. The Guest may not lend or sublet the cottage to other individuals.
  9. A larger number of people than 8 may stay in the cottage and on the premises only with the Host consent.
  10. In the event of exceeding the declared number of people using Tatra Bjerge View (without the Lessor’s consent), the right to immediate action is reserved with all consequences of terminating the stay without the need to refund the previously paid fee.
  11. Upon arrival, but before moving in, the Guest is obliged to check the property: inspect the furniture, windows, shower cabin, and other devices inside.
  12. Any remarks regarding damages or destruction must be reported immediately to the Host. Lack of remarks from the Guest regarding such damages within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Guest has no objections regarding the entire property, and all devices and furniture are in accordance with the inventory list and in good condition.
  13. The Guest is fully financially responsible for all kinds of damages or destruction of equipment and technical devices at Tatra Bjerge View that occur during the stay, whether through intentional or unintentional fault.
  14. The Guest is solely and entirely responsible for the individuals accompanying them (including children). Children under 4 years of age may not use the property. Children aged 4 to 18 may only use Tatra Bjerge View under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian, at their responsibility.
  15. Users of the property are obliged to follow fire safety rules.
  16. Fire extinguishers are located in visible places in Tatra Bjerge View, which must be usedin case of fire, and the Host must be informed immediately. The fire extinguisher is located on the ground floor in the hallway and on the first floor in the corridor. For unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, the Guest will be charged a fee of 200 PLN and an additional 300 PLN for cleaning the property.
  17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property.
  18. Due to fire safety requirements, it is prohibited to use any electrical or gas-powered devices not provided in these rooms that may pose a fire hazard, e.g., electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, or materials with unpleasant odors into the property.
  19. Only wood provided by the Host may be used for burning in the fireplace.
  20. The Guest may not make any repairs or alterations to the property without prior consent from the Lessor. The Guest is obliged to inform the Host immediately about the need for repairs or modifications.
  21. In case of technical malfunctions, the Guest is asked to report them to the Host as soon as possible, which will enable appropriate action and response.
  22. The Tatra Bjerge View is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring due to independent suppliers, such as temporary power outages, internet issues, or potential water shortages. If possible, malfunctions will be addressed within 24 hours on business days. If a malfunction requires a service order or parts, the removal of such a malfunction may take longer.
  23. The Guest is obliged to use the property according to its features and intended purpose. It is requested not to rearrange beds or furniture in the bedrooms and to wear indoor footwear (especially not to wear mountain shoes, ski boots, or other footwear that may scratch or damage the wooden surfaces of the stairs and floors).
  24. Each time the Guest leaves the property, they should check that the doors are locked. the Host is not responsible for items left in the property. If the Guest does not express a desire to return left items, Tatra Bjerge View will dispose of them.
  25. Parking is only allowed in the designated area indicated. The parking lot is unguarded. The Host is not responsible for theft or destruction of vehicles or other belongings of the Guest.
  26. If the Guest significantly disturbs the peace and/or the rights of neighbors and does not comply with commonly accepted norms of social coexistence, and if justified intervention requires police involvement, the Host reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay at Tatra Bjerge View and is not obliged to refund money for the unused stay period.
  27. The Guest is obliged to maintain and return the property in the state it was found, which includes, in particular, leaving washed dishes and kitchen equipment before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food, and leaving the surroundings of the  property in the same condition. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in a deduction of 150 PLN from the deposit for cleaning.
  28. Pets are not allowed at Tatra Bjerge View.
  29. At Tatra Bjerge View, waste segregation is mandatory. In case of failure to comply with the waste segregation rules, an additional fee of 150 PLN for the entire stay will be charged.
  30. Organizing bachelor and bachelorette parties is prohibited at Tatra Bjerge View.

INSURANCE
The price of services provided by the Host at Tatra Bjerge View does not include insurance. Guests use the services at their own risk. Tatra Bjerge View is not responsible for injuries, damages, and destruction of property (damages caused to the health and property of third parties), including theft of luggage during the entire stay.

JACUZZI REGULATIONS

  1. Tatra Bjerge View reserves the right to refuse access to the jacuzzi without providing a reason. Renting the cottage does not imply access to the jacuzzi. Use of the jacuzzi must be arranged with the Host at least 1 hour in advance.

  2. The use of the jacuzzi is included in the rental price.

  3. Access to the jacuzzi is dependent on weather conditions. Due to preparation time and the necessity of having an employee present, reservations must be made in advance.

  4. It is advisable to seek medical advice regarding any potential restrictions on using the jacuzzi due to health conditions. High temperatures can cause harm to a fetus during pregnancy. Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant should consult with a doctor and possibly limit their use of the jacuzzi. Pregnant women and individuals suffering from obesity, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory issues, and/or diabetes should consult with a doctor before beginning use.

  5. The surface inside the jacuzzi and its surroundings may be slippery – special care should be taken when entering and exiting. (Enter the jacuzzi only using the steps!)

  6. Never jump into the jacuzzi or subject it to excessive loads, as this can cause bodily injury or damage to the jacuzzi. A maximum of 6 people may use the jacuzzi at the same time.

  7. Before entering the jacuzzi, measure the water temperature with an accurate thermometer. To prevent dehydration or other illnesses caused by high temperatures, it is recommended to keep the temperature below 39 °C, drink water regularly, and cool down.

  8. The water temperature in the jacuzzi should never exceed 40 °C. A water temperature above 40 °C may cause overheating and be harmful to health.

  9. Only Tatra Bjerge View may make adjustments to the jacuzzi devices.

  10. Users of the jacuzzi are required to maintain cleanliness and order.

  11. Never touch the elements of the jacuzzi heater, whether above the surface or submerged in water, as they may be very hot and cause burns.

  12. Before entering the jacuzzi, take a shower with soap to remove any cosmetics and impurities.

  13. Do not wear glasses or contact lenses in the jacuzzi.

  14. Before entering the jacuzzi, remove all metal items, as they can cause burns.

  15. Each session in the jacuzzi should last no longer than 20 minutes, followed by a recommended rest of 10-15 minutes. This can be repeated a maximum of three times. Prolonged exposure in a hot jacuzzi can increase body temperature, which may be dangerous to health.

  16. Use of the jacuzzi is at the user’s own risk.

    PROHIBITIONS:

    • Entering in clothing and footwear
    •  Performing cosmetic treatments
    • Bringing dishes, food, and any foreign objects
    • Bringing alcoholic beverages. Consuming alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants before or during jacuzzi use may lead to loss of consciousness and drowning risk.
    • Bringing glass, ceramic, or sharp objects
    • Engaging in indecent behavior or behavior deemed inappropriate
    • Smoking tobacco or other substances, vaping, using drugs, or other psychoactive substances, and damaging or destroying equipment
    • Using the jacuzzi during rain and storms
    • Parents and guardians are responsible for any damages caused by minors under 18 years of age.
    • Using the jacuzzi should be done in the company of another person who can provide assistance in case of fainting. Never sleep in the jacuzzi.
    • After every session, the Host should be informed of the session’s completion.
    • Using the jacuzzi implies that the user has read and accepted all the above points of the regulations.

BIKE RENTAL REGULATIONS

  1. The rented bikes are the property of Tatra Bjerge View.
  2. The rented bike is technically sound and should be returned in the same condition.
  3. The bike must be returned by the declared date. Returning the bike after the paid deadline will incur a fee according to the price list included in the agreement. To extend the return date, please inform us at: +48 880 723 665. If the renter does not return the equipment or notify us of the expected return date within 24 hours after the declared return date, it will be treated as theft and reported to the police.
  4. Bikes and accessories should be reserved in advance by phone or via email at info@tatrabjergeview.pl.
  5. The rental and return of the bike take place at the rental location: Leszczyny 55C, 34-425 Biały Dunajec, Poland.
  6. Tatra Bjerge View reserves the right to refuse bike rental without providing a reason.
  7. If leaving the bike outside Tatra Bjerge View, it must be secured against theft.
  8. The person renting the bike is fully responsible for any damages from the moment of rental until its return. In case of damage to the bike, the renter is obliged to cover the repair costs.
  9. In case of loss of the rented bike or its equipment due to theft or loss, the renter is obliged to return an amount equivalent to the value of the bike or its equipment +rental costs specified in the price list and must immediately notify the police, presenting the theft report to the staff of Tatra Bjerge View.
  10. For organized groups renting bikes and accessories, it is necessary to agree in advance on the date, quantity, and type of bikes with a Tatra Bjerge View employee.
  11. The renter waives any claims against Tatra Bjerge View for accidents, damages, or injuries occurring during the use of the rented equipment.
  12. Tatra Bjerge View is not responsible for accidents and damages that occur during the use of the bike and accessories due to the fault of the renter.
  13. If a Tatra Bjerge View employee considers the customer unreliable, they may refuse to rent the bike without providing a reason.
  14. The renter agrees to cover all damages and fines related to bike usage resulting from non-compliance with Polish laws, including those arising from the Traffic Code.
  15. The renter, as a participant in road traffic, is obliged to comply with the rules of movement on the roads and does so solely at their own risk.
  16. The renter agrees to adhere to the conditions of the Regulations. The regulations are in effect from August 1, 2025.
  17. The renter agrees to: use the bike and accessories as intended, refrain from lending the bike and accessories to third parties, promptly report any problems with the equipment to Tatra Bjerge View staff, return the equipment to Tatra Bjerge View if any faults are detected, refrain from making repairs, modifications, or replacing parts independently, cover the costs of repairing the damaged bike or its equipment due to the renter’s fault, cover the costs of a new bike and accessories in the event of destroying the rented equipment, and consent to the processing of personal data by Tatra Bjerge View in accordance with applicable regulations, including in particular the GDPR, and the principles of data processing provided therein.
  18.  To rent a bike, you must:

1. present an identity card or two other photo ID documents (driver’s license or passport), be of legal age and sober,
2. sign a bike rental agreement indicating acceptance of the rules and regulations,
3. deposit an identity document placed in a secure envelope,
4. pay the rental fee for the bike, which is 300 PLN per person per stay,
5. leave depositum for bike of 1000 PLN.
6. The renter waives any claims against Tatra Bjerge View for accidents, damages, or injuries occurring during the use of the rented equipment.
